IOS #105 Eureka Open

Lake Eureka, Eureka, IL
May 22-23, 2021
PDGA C/B Tier
$300 Added Cash

The Lake Eureka course was made famous during the 2015 Ledgestone and has evolved over the years. Players will be able to see how they stack up against the best players in the world as they will have the chance to play the famous temp course around the lake. Will you be able to handle the rope? How about the wind? How about the water tower? Don’t forget the hardest element of the course, the lake! For the divisions playing the temp course, it will be setup in a very similar manner to the layout that will be seen in the 2021 Ledgestone DGPT event. For the divisions not playing the temp course, you will be playing the redesigned permanent course at Lake Eureka. The permanent course is no slouch as it underwent a massive transformation this last year with several changes being implemented. New holes include two long holes in the open field past hole 15 and two wooded par 4’s that combined two shorter par 3’s. While the permanent course doesn’t quite have the vicious teeth of the temp course, the permanent course still is a worthy little brother. The City of Eureka is excited to welcome disc golfers to the college home of Ronald Reagan.
