IOS #96 SQUAW CREEK COURSE RULES
General Info
Smoking at Squaw Creek is prohibited by the park district.
On/Over streets/roads is OB.
Parking lot is OB. The OB line is marked by the inbounds side of the posts.
Over fence on North side of park is OB.
Squaw Creek is OB.
White stakes, trees or logs painted white, or white tape mark OB areas. The OB line is marked by the inbounds side of the marker.
OB status of Paths varies. See Hole Specific
If there is a drop zone on a hole, you may use the drop zone for lost discs or abandoned throws.
Standing water not specified as OB is casual.
806.02.G may be used on holes with drop zones
White Course Hole Specific
White 1: Over fence is OB
White 2: On/Over path is OB
White 3: Over fence is OB.
White 4: Over fence is OB. On/Over path is OB. Use a spotter. Water is casual.
White 5: Fence deep of basket marks OB.
White 7: Creek and beyond is OB. Drop Zone may be used for OB, lost disc, or abandoned lie.
White 8
GOLD 9: Staked off area is OB.
White 10: Staked off area is OB
White 11: Staked off area is OB. On or left of path is OB. You may take 1m relief from the edge of the pond.
White 12: Near side of creek and creek itself is OB. You must make it across the creek. Go to the drop zone if you do not clear the creek. On/left of path is OB. You may go directly to drop zone at the cost of two penalty throws.
White 13 – DO NOT PLAY

White 16: On or left of path is OB.
White 17S: On or left of path is OB. White staked area is OB. Must clear path on tee shot. For throws from the tee area that come to rest OB, the next lie is restricted to either the drop zone or tee. For any lie other than the tee, a player may proceed to the rear drop zone with a one throw penalty. If you throw OB a second time, you may use the forward drop zone. Normal OB for the rest of the hole.
White 17B: Tee is on path. On or left of path is OB. Parking Lot is OB.
White 18: Bunker. If your disc lands in the bunker, mark the lie on the back side of the bunker on a direct line away from the basket. NO PENALTY. You do not get OB relief from the bunker. Discs landing in bunker are ineligible for CTPs
White 19: Island hole. If your tee shot goes OB, your next shot is restricted to the drop zone. After that normal OB rules apply.
GOLD COURSE HOLE SPECIFIC
Gold 1: Over fence is OB
Gold 2: On/Over path is OB
Gold 3: Over fence is OB. Gold basket is temp basket 60 feet long and to right of white.
WHITE 4: Over fence is OB. On/Over path is OB. Use a spotter. Water in swamp is casual.
Gold 5: Fence deep of basket marks OB. Path is in bounds.
Gold 6
WHITE/Gold 7: Play from White Tee to Gold Basket. Creek and Beyond is OB. Drop Zone may be used for OB, lost disc, or abandoned lie.
Gold 8
Gold 9: Staked off area is OB.
Gold 10: Tee is halfway down fairway. Staked off area is OB.

Gold 14: On/Over path is OB
